Look at that inventory! We are now at an eight-year high, with close to 9,000 homes on the market. Last October, there were about 3,800 homes available. Nevertheless, sales continue to set records. October sales were the highest ever for that particular month and year-to-date sales figures show we are destined to set another record: 13 consecutive years of record sales!
