A seller's market still prevails in Orlando, as our April numbers attest. We see tremendous jumps in Sales Pending from last year at this time (up almost 1,000), increased Sales Closed, far less Expirations, and a large drop in Inventory. As interest rates and the median price (about $160,000) continue to slowly rise, inventory should follow suit.
