In the past, January and February were the slow months, with all of us waiting with bated breath for the spring selling season to begin. Those days have passed. First January sales set a new record for the month, and now February appears as if it may follow suit. It appears the indicator to watch is the Inventory, as it continues to drop; it’s down more than 1,600 homes since last year.
