the registration form (PDF) and mail or fax it with full payment to
ORRA.
ATTENDANCE AND REFUND POLICY
Attendance Policy:
For any Continuing Education Class(es): In order to receive “CE” credits, you
must:
- Be physically present for the entire
program from beginning to end.
- Sign all morning or afternoon attendance
sheets.
- Refrain from using cell phones or laptops except
during designated break times.
Refund Policy:
To receive a refund, minus a 25%
administration fee, course cancellations must be:
- Received in writing by Friday, September 12, 2008 at 4 p.m.
- Cancellation may be made via fax to
407.513.9120 plus a follow-up phone call to 407.513.7556 confirming
receipt of cancellation.
- No
refunds will be given after September 12, 2008, for no-shows.
