here” link. A PDF version of Market Pulse will open in Adobe Acrobat
Reader.

To save a copy of the file, click the floppy disk
icon ( ) on the
Acrobat toolbar within your browser window. 3.
In the Save a Copy... dialog
box, select the location on your computer that you would like to save the file. Click OK. 4.
Once the download is complete, go to the location
of the file on your computer and double click on it to open the file.

Average Mortgage Rate: Average interest rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage
loan derived from five banks in Florida.
Inventory: Total number of active listings in the MLS entered by
ORRA members (mainly Orange
and Seminole counties). New Listings Number of new listings entered
by ORRA members (mainly Orange
and Seminole counties) during the month.
New Contracts Number of properties entered by ORRA members (mainly Orange and Seminole
counties) that became “under
contract” during the month . Under Contract: Total number of properties entered by ORRA
members (mainly Orange
and Seminole counties) that have an accepted real estate contract between
seller and buyer. (Includes “New Contracts” and those already “under
contract” prior to the start of the month.)
Back on the Market: Number of listings entered by ORRA members
(mainly Orange
and Seminole counties) that have been placed back on the market after being removed
from the market recently. Expired: Number of property listings entered by ORRA members
(mainly Orange
and Seminole counties) that expired per the terms of the listing agreement.
Withdrawn: Number of property listings entered by ORRA members
(mainly Orange
and Seminole counties) that were withdrawn before the expiration date of the listing agreement. Sales Closed: Number of property listings entered by ORRA members
(mainly Orange
and Seminole counties) that were closed during the month. Average Days on the Market: The
number of days between listing date on MLS and contract date.
