Welcome to the archives of the Real Estate Index, information within is based on MLS data from the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, which is primarily data of existing home sales, and new home purchases via deed information from the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund. This co-operative effort now allows the industry to gauge the actual number of all homes sold, the percentage of those through the MLS, and the percentage of new home sales v. existing home sales.
