ORRA is affiliated with a large number of organizations in its efforts to better serve members, consumers, and the entire real-estate industry.

By virtue of their membership in the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association, ORRA members are also members of the Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Each of these organizations have websites with two sides: one for the consumer, and one for the Realtor® member.

ORRA members may also directly access the Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service, which serves eight Realtor® associations including Bartow, East Polk, Greater Lake, Greater Tampa, Lakeland, ORRA, Osceola, and West Volusia.

Property management is a major niche market in Orlando and in Florida in particular. To that end, ORRA works with the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

The Orlando Regional International Council serves members who have an interest or are truly active in selling real estate abroad and/or to those customers who reside outside of the United States.
